Steps to open a GemiAd ticket
- Open the GemiAd offerwall on DuckTask.
- Tap History in the top-right corner.
- Click the offer you completed to open its details.
- Scroll down and click “Open Support Ticket.”
What to include
- The exact offer name.
- The date and time you completed it.
- Your DuckTask username.
- A screenshot of the completion screen or confirmation email, if you have one.
GemiAd reviews the offer on their side and credits it if it qualifies. Once they confirm it, the coins flow through to your DuckTask balance automatically.
