This guide is written for complete beginners. If you’ve never used a GPT rewards site before, follow the steps below in order and you’ll go from sign-up to your first withdrawal without surprises. If you already know what you’re doing, skip to the tips section for earning faster.
Step 1 — Sign up (1 minute)
Click Sign up and register with email or Google. No credit card, no phone verification, no payment. You get a Level 1 duck and an empty balance. Turn on two-factor authentication from Settings if you want to secure your payout wallet early — it takes 30 seconds and protects you if your password ever leaks elsewhere.
Step 2 — Earn your first coins fast
The fastest path to your first earning is usually a shortlink or a PTC ad. Both clear instantly. Head to the Earn tab and try one of these two:
- Shortlinks — click a link, wait through the Linkvertise / Exe.io prompts, and return. Coins hit your balance immediately. Payouts are small (a few cents) but they’re the single fastest way to earn on the platform.
- PTC ads — view short sponsored ads for a fixed reward. Timer runs; when it’s done, you’re paid.
Step 3 — Pick the right earning method for your time
DuckTask has four main ways to earn. Each has a different payout profile. Use the quick decision table in your head:
- Offers (Timewall) — sign-ups, app installs, free trials, and game levels. These are the highest payouts (often $1 to $50+) but take the longest. Great when you have a spare evening.
- Surveys (CPX Research) — answer questions for cash. Steady 3–15 minute tasks paying roughly $0.50 to $3 each. Great for a lunch break.
- PTC ads — view short ads for fixed rewards. Small per-ad but predictable and beginner-friendly.
- Shortlinks — fastest possible earn per click, smallest per task.
If you want to reach your first $1 fast, mix and match: a couple shortlinks, one PTC ad, and one short survey is usually enough.
Step 4 — Claim your daily streak
Once per 24 hours you can claim a daily streak reward. The first day is small; the seventh is noticeably bigger. You have to have earned at least $0.50 that day to qualify, which happens naturally once you’ve done a couple of tasks. Claim it every day — missing two days in a row resets the streak, so consistency pays.
Step 5 — Watch your DuckBoxes pile up
DuckBoxes are cumulative: every $2.50 in lifetime earnings grants you 1 Standard DuckBox, and every $15 in lifetime earnings grants you 1 Premium DuckBox. Boxes appear automatically in your inventory — there’s no daily reset and no claim window. Open them any time for bonus coins, XP, temporary earning multipliers, or rare jackpots. The Premium pool drops bigger rewards on average.
Step 6 — Level up your duck
Every task gives XP. When your XP bar fills you level up, your duck evolves, and your permanent earning multiplier goes up — up to +30% at level 10. Higher levels mean more coins per task forever, plus shifted DuckBox odds that favor rarer rewards.
Step 7 — Your first withdrawal
Before your first-ever payout, you need to reach $7.50 of lifetime earnings. This is a one-time anti-fraud threshold that prevents throwaway accounts from draining payouts — it applies only to your first cash-out, not to any later ones. After your first withdrawal clears, the threshold is gone and each method just follows its own per-withdrawal minimum (most start at $1).
Pick whichever method fits your country:
- Worldwide: PayPal, Binance, Revolut (EUR payout), Bitcoin, Bitcoin Lightning, Solana, Nano (XNO), Banano (BAN), Tron (TRX), Steam gift cards.
- Germany only for now: SEPA bank transfer, Paysafecard.
- US and Germany only for now: Amazon gift cards, Google Play gift cards.
Crypto withdrawals usually settle within minutes (Lightning is sub-second). PayPal, Binance, Revolut and gift card payouts go through a short review queue. Every payout is logged in your transaction history and, for crypto, verifiable on-chain.
Tips to earn faster
- Stack multipliers. If a DuckBox gives you an active multiplier, spend those minutes on your highest-paying offer, not your smallest shortlink. The multiplier applies to the total coins, so use it on big earns.
- Bigger offers move the DuckBox needle faster. Each $2.50 in earnings = 1 Standard DuckBox, so a single large offer can drop several boxes at once.
- Do surveys during peak survey hours. CPX inventory is better in the morning and evening (your local time) — you’ll see more available surveys and fewer pre-qualification rejections.
- Start small on new offers. If a big offer says "$20 for playing level 30", test one of the smaller game offers first to make sure your region and device register correctly.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Don’t open multiple accounts. Multi-accounting is detected and leads to a permanent ban.
- Don’t use a VPN mid-task unless the offer explicitly allows it — it can void conversions.
- Don’t sell your account. You’re the only legitimate wallet owner.
